Great store with great staff that sell great stuff. Lee Valley is the store with the best quality tools for your garden. They have old fashioned quality goods that last. If anything should go wrong, they have a wonderful return policy. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about their products.

A great place with an amazing staff. They carry a great selection of hardware, gardening supplies and kitchen gadgets. Everything they sell is of the highest quality. They always seem busy but I have never had to wait long before getting service. They also have a selection of toys for the kids.

My partner and I went in to get a few items, and couldn’t get service to pay. We first visited the service desk but after 5 min without any staff coming to the counter, we gave up on the stocked items and went to the express cash with our self serve items. The attendant left as we approached, walked right past us, and did not return. We waited for 15 minutes with multiple staff walking past us, and us attempting to signal someone. During this time someone else approached the main service counter and was served right away. All I can think of that would render us so invisible to the staff would’ve been our younger age. In the end, we left our things at the cash and left the store, and are now repping our generation by ordering our list on amazon.
