Frankly I'm more inclined to side with the less-flattering reviews of this store, though I admit not having witnessed/endured the poor service seemingly to be had, and mostly come here for propane (still a good deal when you wish to avoid lineups at you-know-who in the South-End). Given the polarisation of reviews between many 5's and many 1's (and not a whole lot in-between), I'd tend to agree with a previous poster that the high-end has quite-possibly been padded.

Worst customer service ever..Beverly is professionally trained to be rude to customers.I have been a customer to this place for more than 4 years but this is the rudest service one can get.Hope management takes it serious and take some action before it gets worse.

It's pretty bad when you have to search for one staff member to open a locked cabinet, who then has to find someone else to do it, who then sends you to check out where there are no staff members at the check out and you are ready to just leave without paying since they aren't giving you the option of paying for the item. I almost felt baited into just leaving even though I had every intention of paying...you then have to search the store and say 'excuse me, can you take my money for this item I could have stolen 10 minutes ago??'.

Staff disagreed on the posted and sticker price claiming it to he significantly more expensive than both the sticker and posted price.
