Thank you for always being able to help me and never mind that I am disabled and a bit slower than others.

Absolutely THE worst store I've ever set foot in. Called this morning just after 9am to ask if they had any of the 9000W Champion generators left, they said they had 2 and asked if I wanted them to hold one for me. I said that would be great and told them I'd call back if the weather was too bad for me to make it down (it's a 25 Km drive). It took me a little over an hour to make it down, since the freezing rain and sleet was terrible. I walk in and go to the back where my generator was supposed to be waiting. Met with a bunch of blank stares from 3 or 4 employees. After 10 minutes, the manager who I had spoken with just over an hour prior comes out and tells us (by this time there's another guy there with the same story as me) that they sold 5 of them in the last hour and "it is what it is". Complete nonsense, the definition of incompetence. They have now lost my business, I'll spend my 2-3 thousand annually at the Collingwood store (Who had one in stock when I called and actually DID put it on hold for me). As I left the store, I talked with 2 other people who were told products had been put on hold for them this morning and were given the same spiel I was... Worst. Store. Ever.

Nice store but prices are no longer attractive to warrant a special trip there.
