The prices are expensive for automotive services, but that's expected and it would be silly to base a review off that. The techs do great work and are very friendly. Same with the sales staff. Nice store on the inside, I very much like the arrangement, one of my favorite for Canadian Tires.

Called the store to do an item check. Gave a UPC to a staff member who put me on hold for at least 8 minutes. Eventually someone picked up asking if I needed help. Told them I had been waiting for an item check and she put me back on hold without asking any further questions. I was kind of irritated, thinking she could ask how long it's been and maybe follow up with her fellow staff member. Eventually I hung up and called back about 10 minutes later. Someone picked up the phone and said if they did have the item I was looking for it would be in the auto parts department. I asked her if she could do a physical check and she told me it's all the way at the other end of the store. Since it sounded like the walk was too far for her, I asked her to transfer me to the auto service department so they can check, which she did. You'd think she could problem solve in this way. I got the feeling that everyone I spoke to was just in a hurry to get me off the phone. I will say that at least everyone was polite, and the auto service department staff member, I think her name was Jenn, was very helpful and friendly.

Ron working in the service department deserves a raise! Honest and such a sweet man. I have finally found myself a trustworthy mechanic

Can -almost- always find what I need at this location. The staff is exceptional, just sparse. there are barcode scanning terminals. You can make payments on your triangle credit card here, and Canadian tire dollars seem like the most valuable "points" system currency out there.
