Its a huge shop with ample collection but very poor customer service. I would say its one of the worst Lowe's i visited ever, one has to search for staffs and if you are lucky to find some one they are not helpful and too reluctant. Also found customers in all sections were shouting for help and staffs are just passing by and least bothered to address any. Lowe's management may consider conducting a surprise audit or a mystery shopping to assess the reality of this location's customer service and staff attitude, else this situation may just bows out to your competitors.

I find all the staff quite friendly. Some staff are not so knowledgeable. I understand they're not all professional contractors, but sometimes they even get the aisle number wrong when asking where an item is. To be fair I'm always impressed when I go somewhere and they get it perfect. It seems a lot of the staff here make me walk to wrong aisles though.

I was at this location today with my mother and we received awful customer service. It started when we called the location looking for an item. First we apparently needed to provide them with the item number, it couldn't just be looked up by name. When it was found in the system we were told it was not on the floor and that it was stored. It seemed like they didn't want to bring it down but said they would. We arrive at the store we found the product on a skid (which I assume was brought out of storage). It took us about a half hour to find an associate to help is as the product is fairly heavy. The associate that helped us was very standoffish and didn't really want to help us load the cart. I ended up putting most of the product on the cart (bought multiples of the same product) as the sales associate didn't seem to know what he was doing. He did however push the cart to the cash and rang us through. I asked multiple times for some bags to line the vehicle and a loader to help me. No one came. A kind gentleman who didn't work for Lowes ended up helping me loading my vehicle. When my items were almost all loaded an employee finally came out and asked us if we needed help. The employee finished loading my vehicle but ripped the bag of the last item causing some of the product to spilled out. He just put it into a recovery bag and didn't offer any sort of exchange or compensation. My mother, frustrated by this point, asked the employee to ask if something could be done. We were told nothing could be done. So we went inside ourselves and asked what could be done, no one wanted to help us. Finally an associate was willing to help and just exchanged the item for another one. Out of all the employees we encountered today only one was helpful. I highly recommend going to another Lowes location or a different company all together. If I could give this location a lower rating I would.

Very disappointed with customer service and the products. First I ordered 3 toilets after one week I went pickup and they said it's recalled- no one called to inform. Second time ordered three and received a call from them saying they can't find the product in the store and gave me two option to cancel or wait for the items for months- they r not even sure how long it would take. So I cancelled and ordered three new ones again. Picked items and hired people to install. After found two items are defective and one is not the same model. I called Lowe's they are not even polite and not even trying to help me. They asked me to contact the American standard. I contacted them they said they r going to send a person with new toilets. Still using the defective ones 😔 and waiting. This story is going for at least two months now. Very frustrating and unbelievable how they treat customers. I kindly request to change the toilet Because not satisfied with the performance. But American standard just ignore my questions. Please please don't go to this Lowe's as they are not helping in anyway.
