This store could do so well. Great location lots of inventory. NO SALES STAFF at all. Employees do not know what there doing. 70% of items is NOT marked with a price. Products are way too expensive. I go only for flyer items. It's a pain in the a55 to return anything. Staff have a hard time processing sales, let alone returning something.

I went in to the Bowmanville TSC today with my husband and I was quite happy until I started speaking to the store manager. She was bragging about how she took her hand and swiped it across the shelf where the work boots were placed and threw them on the ground in a fit of rage, because they were unorganized. She then proceeded to tell us she made an employee clean up the mess she obviously created and to reorganize it "correctly". She also named this employee in the process of her gloating, she seemed quite proud of herself and with her actions. I was lost for words! I smiled and left the store feeling guilty that I had not stood up for the employee and told the manager how she dealt with the situation was wrong. This sounds like work place harassment and bullying. I will be calling the store tomorrow and asking to speak to the manager to inform her I will be calling head office about this totally unacceptable incident.

May 20, 2018 - Tried calling 3 times in a span over 30 minutes to make sure product is at store that is in current flyer before driving. Nobody picks up the phone! Means zero customer service! Need to do a full front and back yard with grass seed for nearly 1 acre property and touch ups at another property. Over $1000 in sales lost today and won't bother calling again. Going to Coop instead as they answered phone and product is confirmed in stock. No customer service, no sales!

Awful, rude, pathetic "staff"; you ask for a price and get a dirty look, they say all the prices are on the tags....90% aren't and then they look and find not only no price on the tag but no tag for the product...nor the next item beside it and the same goes for the rest of the shelf. Its worse than Canadian Tire, that says alot right there!

This is a very clean and organized store. The staff have always been very helpful and I've never left without what I'm looking for. I often go to tsc for TOYS! they have the bruder brand toys, John deer, Barbie etc.. They're all good quality, they will last us a lifetime. Before going to Walmart for a special gift--do yourself a favor and shop at tsc first. For any age. I'm also into raising bees and have a hobby farm to run so I always head over to tsc before any other hardware store for my tools, feed and hunting gear which I always seem to find at a decent price and in everyone's correct sizes (from super tiny to ya-you're big)
