Not only are the staff useless but so is the online support. Ordered raw aluminum with which the technical specs said it was 3" long being perfect for me. Turns out they gave me a 3' long aluminum block which I won't need. Now it's up to me to pay the return shipping cost for their discrepancy? Do yourself a favor and shop anywhere else but here.

I came here to purchase a tool that I saw on their website. When I approached the counter the employee, who I now realize is completely obsolete, immediately told me that they did not carry the product I was looking for. He almost told me that before I could finish describing what I wanted. I then asked if he knew what the tool was. He said no, but he knew everything in the store (doubtful) and to order it online and have it sent to the store. I am a busy person and I only stopped in because I was in the area. I know that I can order something online and have it shipped in. What I really want to know now is what is the purpose of a counter person? Where is the customer service? Needless to say I will not be giving this place my business or going back here.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Period. Went to a different supplier and had my items same day for a better price. It's amazing this place stays in business.

I think it's a shame that they have such a bad rap. I got smiles when i came in and the 2 gentlemen Ali and Zack went out their way to try and help me....i hope they can weed out the bad employees.
