I just moved to Aurora one year ago and I must I say I love this home depot location. We started going there due to the workshops for children. But now we go there for many things. I wanted to make a ball drop station for my children a gentleman named will helped me out and explained to me exactly how to install it. Our ball drop is installed and everything is working well. Last week we went to home depot for a plant and who do I see Mr. Will he not only remembered us but made sure to ask about the kids and if everything with the ball drop worked. thank you for employing such a amazing people who care about your customers and treat us like family.

I went to the Aurora store to purchase a DeWalt 20volt to 18 volt Battery and adapter kit. They had a special offer on while supplies lasted. I asked Rob in Hardware if there were any left. He checked the computer and one was shown but after extensive searching, he could not find it. He did find the three components of the kit individually packaged and priced. He went to "a manager" and got approval to sell me the three items at the kit sale price. He and the manager went above and beyond what I ever expected. For their help, especially Rob's, they deserve this five star rating if not more. BTW I've been shopping at this Home Depot for over 12 years.

I have had nothing but good experiences with this store. Recently I brought a defective Ryobi battery back to this Home Depot and Michael the Assistant Manager went out of his way to ensure that I was a happy customer. This type of conduct ensures that I will always be shopping there for my home Improvement needs. I have found everyone at this store to be helpful and attentive to customers. Keep up the great work!

Am I the only person that needs to make multiple trips to HD for single projects? I’d like to think that I can’t be, but I’m pretty sure that whether by fault of my own, or something I bought being broken, it’s always a 2 visit minimum per project. I’m convinced that even though HD associates wear bright orange aprons, that they must use some advanced alien cloaking technology, because finding an associate when you need one can be an arduous task. Selection of products is pretty good, but if you take the time to price things online, you’d be better off supporting the local independently owned Home Hardware or Canadian Tire for better prices on non-contractor grade items.

Good luck getting help at this place. Busy Sunday and only one cashier but 4 self checkouts for you to scan. Always see staff socializing but no one is available for the department you are shopping. Shopping carts all over the parking lot. Display are sub standard. Do yourself a favor and drive down to Richmond Hill location or Newmarket location.
