It's a go-to store for any home improvement project. The store offers virtually everything you would conceivably need to tackle a job. Staff is knowledgeable, always friendly and usually keen on helping. Numerous locations makes it very convenient to purchase last minute items. Prices are usually very competitive and the quality is usually very good. Hastle free returns also make it my favorite home improvement store. Definitely will be shopping their again and in the future.

Been here several times over the last two weeks for misc items and supplies. Great location and service. Very accessible with plenty of parking. Everyone I have spoken to at this location has been very helpful and courteous.

Someone broke to my car and stole a few things including a few hundred dollar home depot store credit cards. I went to the store right-away and informed the manager (Fred) and he took a copy of the receipts and all documents and told me that he would follow up with their headquarter in US and cancel the stolen cards and re-issue new ones for me. so, i was waiting for his call which never happened. So, i followed up and every time he said something new ... finally i gave up ... As a customer who purchased over 15k from their store over last couple of years, i was expecting a better treatment; However, they could not care less and I just wasted my time for filing the report and calling numerous times for nothing. now i am purchasing from smaller stores like which are much better prices

I go to this branch for my needs as it is the closest to my home. I have had a bad experience in my last visit. We wanted to buy pavers on Sunday and the pallet was on the second floor on the shelf. We asked the employee with the forklift to lift the pallet and put it on the ground so we could pick the pavers. He came and agreed to do it for us. He went to bring the forklift and never came back. It was not a busy day and no customer in the store. By the way, we climbed up the aisle and pick 150 units. On the cashier, the lady suggested us to load the tiles on the car with the help of Home Depot employee. She called the free employee and said he will be available to help. We waited for 10 min and no one showed up. It sounds like the employees are not trained to help customers at all. They never care if you need help and have questions. We always look for staff in the aisle and they are all gone. No one available to help customers. If I could rate zero I would do that. Never go to this branch if you seek for advise as no one is available to help.

It has a lot of home improvement stuff and its staffs were helpful if you are not sure where to find your items. Got what I wanted to buy. The best thing is that it got the washer like mine there so I could try to fit my adapter and drain hose.
