Not up to Home Hardware Standards. This is a small satellite store owned I believe by the same people who own the Aurora Store. It is well stocked for a small town hardware store, but unfortunately the staff leaves a lot to be desired. It is usually staffed by two young men. Either one is almost contemptuous whenever a customer enters the store. They never ask if they can assist. They just sit behind the desk waiting for you to leave. If you ask for assistance, they'll point you in the general direction. Never come in for paint cause the standard answer is "The guy who does paint isn't here". Now that we're in "COVID lockdown" and they only do curbside pickup, I thought I'd give it a try. Order was placed last week, and it's still not ready. I love shopping at Home Hardware, but never again at this one. Very disappointing!

Very helpful staff!

Bad customer service...I went to this store and the representatives were very rude and condescending. They didn't have the product I was looking for, so I asked them to check the Tottenham store. I saw the young man reach for the phone and "call." He came back to me and said they didn't have stock. I went home and called the store myself...and sure enough, they DID have it in store.

Trash store. Staff is lazy and will avoid helping you. Just was told they couldn't help match a corresponding nut and washer cause they can't leave the store as it's breaking the law. I guess they're exempt from helping people even during a pandemic even though other hardware stores under the same rules can. Do not give your business to this place.

Not very helpful. I will not go there again
