Nick, I think he works in the door frame section ...is so nice and very knowledgeable! He helped my brother and I on numerous occasions, he was very patient. Also, Alina working in the flooring department is just as amazing! Every employee I have interacted with has given me a positive experience.

Outstandingly Excellent customer service and public relations skills. I had a problem for which they solved in a way that they went beyond the limit of their company policy on service recovery in order to make sure that I the customer am 100% happy and satisfied. When policies and procedures reach their limits, common sense must be applied and it appears that this Home Depot is an excellent example of that. I encourage everyone to shop and enjoy the goods and services of this exceptionally excellent Home Depot...located at 50 Red Maple road in Richmond Hill - Highway 7, just east of Yonge. What can I say Home Depot no matter which Home Depot you go to it's a cookie cutter place they might be small differences between them .Nevertheless but I must say that I do really like Home Depot they have a wide variety of different things that he would need in your day-to-day life so I think the people at Home Depot for bringing us all this products to Market but I would like to be able to get the things that are also on the US market as well I believe that if your one brand is u.s. and Canada then it should be the same right across the board what you get here you get there regardless. But because we don't have that I still enjoy thank you Home Depot and especially the people that work hard in the background to bring us all these products and to help us along the way

Asked the polish lady in flooring on August 31st where to find underlayment tape. She explained they don't carry that and that masking tape would work fine. Masking tape is wrong and a horrible choice for getting a good moisture seal. Perhaps if she actually gave me her full attention I would have received a more useful answer.

A fine place to get your home improvements needs. The associates are ok, but some extremely good and willing to help, and definitely know their stuff. There is a return policy, which sometimes is a store credit.
