I was there a couple of days ago at the Yonge Street & Green Lane store. I like the location. I love the 20% off 1 item coupon. Unfortunately, I found out that my coupon expired by one day when checking out. Jennifer, the manager was so helpful, she honoured it! Thank you for providing me a great shopping experience..

I was assisted by Mackenzie with the remaining items from my baby registry. She was extremely helpful, attentive and helped me achieve my goal when walking in there today. I highly recommend this location and would like to say thank you to Mackenzie for her patience and help today.

My wife and I visited the store for the first time. We had drove an hour to get there. We had asked them to put something aside for us. They reassured me that they did, having spoken to them 2 days before our arrival. They not only lost our item (how could you lose something so big), but provided us with no explanation as to what happened. No apologies or anything. We will never shop here again.

Have only been to the store once and received great customer service from Mackenzie, who was extremely helpful and patient when helping me find everything I needed! Thanks again!

Decent place to get bathroom, kitchen and other miscellaneous supplies. Staff on hand are helpful. The store is laid out somewhat strange, and finding products can be a hassle. The prices here are not as competitive elsewhere, and quality isn't necessarily the best. On the plus side, the location is easy to find and parking is plentiful.
