Was in a hurry and a fine young lad from sporting goods helped me find a USB cord for my phone. He went well out of his way to help. I didn't catch his name , but he made my day.

The staff is hit and miss. The auto dept guys seem pretty great, but everywhere else in the store feels impossible to get help and it seems to be a shallow knowledge base for the kinds of things they sell. Otherwise, this location is pretty organized and not too bad to shop in. The store used to have super narrow aisles and felt very disorganized a few years back, but they got that straightened out, so thumbs up on that.

I only go here if I absolutely have to. The staff was so unhelpful and not very knowledgeable during almost every experience I've had here. This is in addition to the low, mass produced, offshore, quality of Canadian Tire goods.

Good friendly service. A pleasant change from the St Thomas Store.

Just called and spoke with an older gentleman in the Auto Service Department inquiring about purchasing new tires. Such a rude and unhelpful person. Not sure if you know this, but you work in a customer service industry and its your job to help customers. Thank you for making my decision never to spend another dime in your store again an easy one. There's probably a reason why the company changed owners recently. CT - do you ever wonder why you have such a bad reputation in Aylmer, well this is why!
