Great store. Had Chris help me out the other day. Top notch service.

The store appeared really cleaned up. Was greeted by staff when I entered and had a nice chat with the manager. Impressed !!!!

I have come to this store for the last 20 years, on and off every time I come to town. I just had my worst customer experience here. I will never return. It started with me walking around the store to look around as I usually do. I went out to the garden center to get 2 bags of mulch that was on special. After about 10 minutes of looking I could not find, so I settled on 1 bag of pricier product. As I approached the cashier there was a customer in front of me being helped. I looked to the other cashier which the person there looked like she was doing something else and there was a sign saying other cashier will be happy to help. And I belive a person that is the manger Chris is his name on his cellphone texting. A customer behind me says I’m back for more bags of the cheap mulch Chris acknowledges that customer. Thats when I said I’m looking for the same mulch. He says it out the bag just around the corner. I proceed towards garden center doors, deciding I don’t want to carry the heavy bag of mulch any more and place it on other bags of soil in the store. I then go out again look around the corner and do not see mulch. I go back in and say it not just around corner where is it, Chris proceeds to say “oh your making work for me you don’t want to return your bag of mulch” I say no it’s too heavy. He then walks through door and says “I suppose you want me to get it for you?” I say yes that would be nice. He said that he has 3 or 4 people working and I could of asked anyone there. 3 or them walked by me while in store and not once did anyone ask me “can I help you” I said this to him as he walked away from me. Then He said “did you say something to me ?” I said Sorry? His reply “ I thought you insulted me” my reply “Wow great customer service”. Then he said I’ll get your mulch by this time I had enough. I told him “don’t bother, and I will not be coming back to this store and I will be passing on this poor experience to family members that come here all the and to TSC company.. His reply “go ahead I don’t need your business”. So I will not be returning to this store. Upto today I had positive experiences in this store but this person needs some customer training.
