If you are looking for help on anything, then you went to the wrong store! The department associates actually run and hide if you make eye contact. However, if you want a store credit card you are in business! The scary and aggressive folks in the black shirts are so willing to help you that they will actually stalk you down the aisles. If they focussed even half of this energy on good old fashioned customer service, I would easily quadruple my purchases with them. However like most everyone know, I Instead sprint through the store, only grabbing the bare essentials that I came I for, while keeping my head down and sunglasses on, as to not catch the attention of the credit card folks. What a sad ending to what used to be an enjoyable weekly experience. At least online options don’t harass their customers. CT -want to be Sears?.....keep it up!

I went to have a new tire put on and they didn't have the right size. You have all those tires and not 1 in one of the most common sizes? In any brand? Not to mention I had to wait to even ask a question. With that said the employee who did eventually help was nice. But more often than not, there is always some sort of issue at this location. From wait times, to not in stock items, to unhelpful/ rude employees. North end location is better in my opinion.

Every excuse--booked an appointment to have winter tires on. Appt was at 2. It is 4pm and still waiting. First excuse was balancer not working. 30 more minutes. Next excuse ran out of balance weights. Seriously I would hate to see when the winter tire rush really starts. What a joke and nothing was offered to me for my inconvenience.

I've dealt with Canadian Tire for over 50 years buying everything from their Super cycle bicycle to potted plants a d pretty much anything in between. What I love about CTC is it's tremendous diversity of product. The only wish I have is I wish they had the tools then that they do now. This CTC offers lots of parking multiple check outs and self checkout, easy access and item location, the isle's may seam a little close but they still offer good elbow room while displaying a lot of items. I'm not a user of the automotive section so can't give an option of it, I see no reason why it wouldn't be a reliable service facility. Some part time staff are a little vague but the full time staff are both knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The part timers gotta start somewhere we all did.
