Worst customer service we’ve ever experienced. Today we went in to buy a gallon of paint. The guy told us the machine was malfunctioning but that he could try to mix up a color for us. We agreed and waited approximately 15 minutes and realized that the man had disappeared and no paint was being mixed. We walked around the store and found him helping another customer. I approached the man and asked if he was going to be mixing paint for us. He said yet again that it was not working but that he could try. He then continued to address yet another customer, mind you all of these customers came in after us, and said that he would help her get her products first. We will never shop here again. If you start with a customer you finish your job thoroughly before moving on...it’s that simple. In summary, if you’re looking to spend an obnoxious amount of time waiting for someone to provide a service that they clearly cannot provide, Saint Clair Ace is the place! As local business owners ourselves, if any of our employees handled themselves in the manner this employee did today, he would be fired immediately. We are very upset that we will no longer be doing business with Ace.

It's just a handy place, which is local, to pick up hardware supplies without having to drive a half an hour.

Great customer service and very helpful staff. This store is not a big box store but carries almost everything for small at home projects!

I hate going to lumberjack, I'd much rather come here. They're a lot friendlier
