This place disappointed me big time. In construction, it's normal to run a little debt. You place an order, you have X amount of time to pay your bill (typically when the job your doing pays their bills). COVID was unforseen by everyone. Lockdown meant jobs shut down, and money stopped moving. We no longer get money from projects we were working on, which means there's no money to pay bills, temporarily. Nobody is getting paid. Canaropa took it upon themselves to harass a small business to pay a bill despite no movement in the industry. Banging on doors like a biblical tax collector is unacceptable, when people can't even afford thier rent or food. It took a while for government assistance programs to kick in to help businesses pay down their outstanding bills, but Canaropa just couldn't wait. This business has now been cut off (after they paid in full), simply for struggling during a global pandemic. This company is shameful and disgusting, and not worthy of your business.

This place delivers the service it promises. One of Toronto's residential and commercial door hardware suppliers by best. Fast and informative staff throughout the day is available here. Dependable.
