I prefer this store over the competitor. Staff are more helpful and prices are often better. I frequently order items online for pick up at the store to save time - especially when something is on sale.

So it has everything you need. The prices are slightly higher than at Home Depot (but they do PM if you have the patience). Their staff is less friendly and less helpful than Home Depot. They do have better sales that can be pretty valuable, but at times gimmicky and not useful. For instance the ones when you get some future use card, you can barely use it on anything - at least not things that are in sale or promo. They cracked down on this a bit ago.

This Lowe's has decent selection and there are some exceptional people working in the departments if you visit enough to learn who they are. However the customer service desk is very unfriendly and can be difficult to deal with. I shop here because I know who to speak with but for casual shoppers the nearby Home Depot is better.

The manager and cashier are not aware of promotions hosted by Lowe's. When the promotions are pointed out they contest it until they are proven wrong using their own website. They don't apologize for their error either. It was such a hassel to shop here and they make you feel like somehow you are cheating when using their promotions. The cashier embellished on how the event occurred when updating the manager on the situation. Also their computers are not updated with the weekly promotions since that's what they tried to use to contest the prices. Very disappointed with their treatment of paying customers and overall customer service.

Good service and products on my experiences so far. I have bought items for home repairs and am pleased overall.
