Walked in today to buy a couple of baseboards, the manager confirmed that they are being sold in bundles. We purchased the product, then was told by Vicky that they are not sold in bundles. This store really needs to get their act together and stop wasting contractors time by making us wait then telling us you made a mistake. Once a commitment was made you need to complete your end of the deal. Once I asked for a form to give my feed back. The manager Vicky mockingly throw his pen at me. The manager Vicky needs to be retrained on how to train his staff and hold up his end of an agreement. A word of advice, no matter how frustrated the customer is you should not behave in a mocking or demeaning way. Vicky, you are very unprofessional.

We were experiencing very professional service by the Rona employee on Friday night regarding the tiles we need for our kitchen. He was helping us for a half an hour back and forth with the info about the products we were interested.

Do not get your keys cut here. They won't work. There must be something wrong with their key cutting machine. After two attempts and three trips to the store, I gave up and got my money back. I finally got my keys cut elsewhere and they work perfect fine.

I stared into his eyes. I could hear the waves and I saw all the colours of the sea. The fire atop his head was no match for the fire that erupted in my soul. If you had stepped into my mind at that time, you would never have thought I was in a hardware store. Since when has a hardware store been the site for such a magical experience? I had only come in to pick up a couple of cans of paint to cover up the ugly drawings my idiot toddler drew on the wall. Of course, I never told him that, but I didn't see any reason to. He could read me like a braille sign. He began asking me questions: what colour is your decor? Hardwood or tiled? Any curtains or rugs? It's as if the words just floated out of my mouth after each question. He just made it so easy. And exciting. I looked at the two cans of white paint I had picked up. I had no reason for them anymore; I had colour in my life now. I walked out with two cans of 'beachbum' and new outlook on life. This was the beginning of the beginning. I am now forever by the sea, satisfied.

No stock on item that web site said had 8 pcs. When i asked the customer service person for help, they politely told me to go back to the aisle and look for the item. The item was a 12x12 floor grille.
