I'm giving Lowe's 4 stars. I had a pleasant experience and the price was right but I dropped a star because it took so long for a carry out. I was told just to wait outside for the man in the vest. After 15 min, I had to go search for someone to help me. I went there knowing exactly what I wanted (a lawnmower) and found it on the shelf before I tried to find someone to help me get it down. That also took awhile but the young man who helped me was very friendly and even opened the box to make sure all the parts were there. That being said, what should've been a quick visit, took 45 min. But otherwise, I'm happy with my new lawnmower.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience when purchasing an end of season patio furniture set this past week. Gerry and Buthania, in the seasonal department, were so helpful and such lovely people, that they made our transaction seem effortless. When we went back to pick up our items the next day, we were happy to see Gerry again, and he, without hesitation, a cheerful and happy disposition, helped us with yet another purchase. Ricardo, the fellow that helped load our truck was also very nice and happy to help. Great experience all around!

Very nice and helpful people with good prices. The major saw was down and the gentlemen cut my wood with a tiny hand saw for me. (It's not in their job duties to do it) Very nice!!!

We wanted to pick it waterproof flooring so we had to bring our toddler with us. We spent 1/2 hour debating what flooring to buy and weren’t offered any help (even though the guys was standing right there.) We asked him some questions and he gave us the shortest answer possible and turned around again. When we made a pick he told us he couldn’t get the flooring for 12 months. Why do they even have it on display or let us stand there and debate colour choice when there is no real choice?!? What a waste of a Sunday morning. I’m so done with this place, ugh.

Lowes is a great place something for everyone in every department. I rated it a 4 because it's getting harder and harder to find someone to help you if needed. Usually I know exactly what I want before I got into store. But if I dont I can take 20 minutes to find someone to help. Other then that it's well organized competitive pricing and good quality products. Online orders get shipped for free. Which is nice as well.
