I have visited this location many times and the staff are well informed about the products. The overall selection is a bit limited in comparison to other MEGA CT stores. I will mention that the manager does a great job to keep the store flowing.

I go to this location quite a bit as it's the closest to me. Literally everything you need in locked behind glass, so you have to find a staff member to open it for you, so what could be a quick run in often turns into a half hour affair. Recently I went to pick up a piece of 1/2 copper pipe and they were completely out of stock, very frustrating. 1/2 copper pipe is the most common in every household, the fact that they have none means somebody is not doing their job properly. So with that said I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Great store in the heart of the city. Not a full selection of goods but covers all the basics. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Not as much selection as the huge CT stores out in malls & suburbs but if you live downtown like me its one of the only spots within walking distance when you have home reno projects. Plus they can order from those huge stores and save you the endless wander through buildings the size of football fields, and I think the customer service is better because they cant just sneak off into another department so easily!

Great little store, very easy to find things. Dont forget they have a basement with all your auto and camping and sports.
