I'd like to thank them especially the tech Rob as he helped us out when we showed up at 5pm with a blown radiator and both fans. They were able to get the rad almost right away but had to out source the fans the next day. Although it took all day to get the fans (not their fault) once they showed up Rob was on it right away and we were on our way back home. Rob was very professional and helped me through this ordeal

Good place to get just about anything but groceries. Prices seem high tho. Good for fishing hunting and boating supplies. Camping stuff too. Oh and they have tires ;) staff has always been accommodating.

I went in to the auto shop they were so nice and I am a young girl and wasn’t sure what was wrong they seemed to take care of what I needed so I took their advice. I trusted them. I shouldn’t have. After they addressed the main problem I came in for the man came out and told me my brakes are so bad I shouldn’t be driving and I immediately needed them to be changed. I said I had them inspected a few weeks prior at ford and he said they were horrible I needed them changed right away. Then I said I have the for pack where I can get free brake replacements at ford. He said hey were so bad I shouldn’t be driving there but I knew I had an inspection done a few weeks ago so I figure I’d take it to ford. When I got to ford they told me my breaks were fine and I probably have another year or so before I need to replace them they asked why I thought I needed them changed and I said Canadian tire told me they were so bad I shouldn’t be driving. I also told them what I paid to have the other work done. They were so shocked they had taken advantage of a young woman like me. They said they overcharged me a huge amount for the work I had done and then lied to me about my breaks. I had ford write up a statement and I sent it to multiple people at Canadian tire and no one ever replied. So not only did they overcharge me and lie to me and about my breaks but I then had to pay ford for taking my tires off when there was nothing wrong. They went to change my brakes and didn’t need to so now I had two bills to pay for something that apparently should have costed me about $20 to fix. If I ever need work done in north bay I am never going there again. Made me sick what they did and how they took advantage of me. Made me not want to shop in any department of the north bay Canadian tire again. Do not recommend.
