I was at the gasbar # 1686 to fill my tank with propane on 8/31/18. My tank was old so I had to swap it for another. After being charged 62.14for a tank and fill which shocked me. That tank was jammed on and I could not shut it off and no hole in front to attach to my BBQ. On 9/1/18 I took this tank back and explained what was wrong and he exchanged it. I then had another tank to fill but again it was too old so this young man offered swap and fill and I was charged 28.24..... I asked why the first tank cost so much and said it was a new tank (which I did not ask for) instead of one that was still usable from the rack. I was fuming as I was not offered this the day before, just grab my money and go. I am on sick leave and could have used that 33.90 in my account and not wasted on a new 2018 tank. I am still very upset that they took advantage of me by supplying me with a 2018 tank and not one of the older tanks. UNBELIEVABLE Marie

I was looking for pliers to help me remove the faucet head from my kitchen sink. The clerks were useless.. Told me to go to plumbing. I asked this elderly man and he not only showed me what to buy but how to use it. The cashiers were very proactive as they noticed 5 customers were waiting and she opened another cash.. 😁 😁

In my opinion, when the line at the courtesy desk is longer than any of the lines at the checkouts, it tells you something about the store. I bought 3 items for my car yesterday, two of which were totally wrong, even though they were marketed as "precise fit". Now admittedly that is probably more of a head office issue than the responsibility of the local store, but a total of 23 minutes in line at the courtesy desk was not appreciated.

Bought a used and returned Swiffer Wet jet.when I pointed it out to the employee she didn't really seem surprised. I said to her that when you buy stuff there isn't water in the reservoir. I paid full price and one of the wet pads was used by the person who bought it first. They also put vinegar into it, as when it made steam it's all you could smell over the Apple scented cleaning pads. I think that you guys shouldn't be asking customers to pay full price for return products that have been used/ missing cleaning pads. You should also be marking on the package that it was returned. I have a receipt that says there was concerned that the package was used, you know I'm sorry the person who serves me but it was used! It was not a concerned it's a matter of fact don't try to beat around the bush because you guys resale a product that was returned. don't lie to me and act like you don't put things back on the shelf that have been returned. Canadian Tire is one of the only people that will throw away fully usable products instead of donating them. and if people dumpster dive for them they will have the police come and charge them to the fullest extent of the law. "purchase with worry of use" while when there's water in it how can you say that it's a worry when it's a brand new mop with water in it that could actually cause mold if it had sat there any longer.
