Great service and fantastic hours! Limped into Lindsay with a broken water pump on our way to visit family in town. 3 hours from home late on a Saturday of a long weekend. We were told they'd do their best to get it in on Sunday but maybe Monday. We were happy with that! Got a call at lunchtime on Sunday that it was fixed! Awesome! Great people and service!

The automotive service team not only warrantied our Honda’s brake parts but the labour too after we’d had them done 6 months prior at a CT far away, few questions asked. Unreal service with a smile. In a retail side, this store has dialled in the customer experience. The owners have likely invested in the culture there and everyone is on board. The cashiers know how to make conversation with you, non business chat that just makes your day. Bang-on Lindsay CT, you guys have nailed it!

Canadian Tire is always great, but the staff at the Lindsay store always seem to go over and above to be helpful. On top of that the store really supports the local community, so I think they deserve my support back. Great job.

On three separate occasions, with three separate vehicles, I've gone to this location to have a tire repaired. All three times I've been told that they "couldn't do a repair because of the location" and that they'd "have to replace all four tires". The last time was on a new vehicle with a brand new set of tires. All three times I went elsewhere and had the tire repaired without the hassle. All three times I paid half the price that these clowns told me. This is typical for this location, but if you like paying double for half ass service, go for it.

I ordered the Greenworks 80V Lithium Brushless Cordless Lawn Mower, 21-in online. I received an email stating the mover was ready for pickup. When I arrived the girl wheeled out the floor model and said 'there you go, everything should be there.' Clearly the two batteries and charger were missing, a knob was off of the handle. I ended cancelling the purchase. This is poor Canadian Tire (Lindsay).
