Back to school shopping in August and this is where I find the backpacks, at the very top hanging from hangers. The tallest person I know wouldn't be able to reach these, you'll need a ladder. The floor staff is running off their feet with many customers and I don't feel comfortable asking someone to get down a dozen of these just so I can look at them. The rest of the backpacks are in the back, I saw another woman being helped and noticed online they didn't have a aisle location. With school less than a month away these should be more accessible.

I wouldn’t even give this Canadian tire a portion of a star. Today I had a flat tire and walked in for some assistance ( I’m not from the area or even from Ontario) I asked if they could help me put on my spare as I had no tools. The automotive department told me they were too busy, they then recommended a patch kit, when I said I had no idea how it worked and asked if they could show me I was told again they were too busy. I’m a young female and have never changed a flat.. the number of young men in the store walking the aisles with nothing to do...I’m sure someone could have lent a hand. When I went to the till to purchase the patch kit I was asked how my day was going and told the cashier about my flat tire and she tried to sell me Canadian tire roadside assistance if it happened again.. ( cause I wanted to wait for 4 hrs for a $500 tow truck bill) while my car tire is quickly leaking air in the parking lot and my 150lb dog is waiting for me in 25 degree weather, yea let’s do some paper work so I can help you with your sales quota...It’s Canadian tire and they can’t even help with a tire emergency. The worst customer service ever. A stranger outside the store had to help. Thanks to him I was able to continue my journey home. How long would it have taken for them to put on a new tire or change my spare? I even offered to pay more than needed...but nothing.. that’s not Canadian at all :-(

25 mins before I received help. Incorrect help at that. Found everything myself. Tried to use my Canadian tire money via phone #. Apparently you can't do that any more. And I need to apply for a new Canadian tire points card. Asked what happens to my balance. And I was told I lose it. So over $100 in Canadian tire money saved up just gone!!!. Was told by checkout well I guess you shouldn't loose your card. RUDE AND I'LL NEVER GO BACK. I'll just drive to st.marys from now on or even London.

Looked up whether item was in stock and drove specifically to this location to buy. They had it, but it had been reserved/rainchecked. Wouldn’t sell it to us of course. We don’t need in a few days, we need it now. Update your inventory or sell it! Super annoyed.

Clean store. A variety of selection. Some of the items I purchased where on sale. You can find name brand products here.
