Billy in the service bays SERIOUSLY AWESOME.. (maybe I shouldn't say that so he doesn't get too busy for me..)... He is friendly, fast but efficient.. And explains things as he goes.. A true gem... And wow the new updated oil change bay... Very comfortable a shame it only took 20 min... Thank you to the new owners for having such a great place.. Will be back 4 sure

Gave them my budget and was assured they would be able to get the work done for what I had. My bill was double the amount. I understand a few hundred over, but when $500 turns to $1000 that's really not okay. I never authorised anything over my amount and despite them "helping me out" doubling my budget is just plain ridiculous.

Absolutely outstanding service. I was greeted by Kimberly as soon as I walked in the door. She assisted me in locating exactly what Items I was in search of. She also informed me about the Canadian tire loyalty card and saved me $6.00 on my next purchase. She went above and beyond with her excellent customer service.
