This location is a good one to browse when they have a good sale, but the regular prices are a bit high. They were helpful when the bike I bought for my son was missing a handle bar and set another one aside for me to pick up. I would recommend their flyer items, as these can be good deals.

I don't even know where to begin. I've shopped at this store fairly often and have never received great customer service, but man, yesterday's visit really took the cake. I was looking for motion activated solar lights, and I went to the lighting section but didn't see what I was looking for. I wandered for a while until I came across two employees, and I asked the first one if she knew where to find the lights; she said in the seasonal section. Weird, but okay... I went and looked, but of course they weren't there. I returned to the employees and asked the other one, who shrugged and said he didn't know. I walked back toward the lighting section and asked an employee I found over there. She gave me an irritated look and said the lights would be in the lighting section. When I told her I didn't see them there, she snottily said, "Well, they're not going to be anywhere else." I was so irritated that I left and bought lights off Amazon. Thanks for nothing.

It has been a long time since I have been in this store. This store used to be the go-to store for Canadian Tire. I remember it being the largest store with all the latest products. Today I went back and the size of the store is actually small compared some of the other newer stores (Wonderland and Hyde Park stores). It has a weird layout and does not have self checkout. It probably has everything that you need, but not a store to get excited about.

Couldn't find anyone to help unlock the electronics cupboard. Asked a lady and said she didn't have the key and walked away. So did I. Won't go back.

I can normally find what I'm looking for pretty quickly at this location. There seasonal selection is normally pretty good as well, however the almost always have some push person trying to get you to sign up for some card or another waiting to pounce. I've gotten pretty good at getting them to give up after one comment but really I'm just here to shop and most people already have enough cards, I can't imagine this tactic is very effective anymore not sure why they keep it up.
