There was no help around. When I finally found someone, she sent me on a wild goose chase. When I finally found the big box item I was looking for (without help), there was no one to help me carry it. I awkwardly made my way through the store with it in order to be confronted by a huge line up. There, they asked if I would like help to get it out the door??!!! I understand a small store for this area, but small service is horrible. There were a lot of red shirts running around trying to not work. Shame on these horrible employees who I am certain complain about too much work and bad pay...

We are very fortunate to have so much available in Forest. This is my number one stop every time. Most of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. From buying plants to trying to jury-rig something, the staff are willing to provide assistance and ideas. Booking appointments for oil changes and repairs are easy and they work with my schedule. The store is packed and I find most things, but if they don't have it, they're quick to offer to order it. Any orders have arrived in a timely manner.

The staff is willing to help look for things you can't find. Not a bad little store

they pack in a lot of stuff into a small store but saying that you might as well just ask staff for what your looking for since its difficult to find what I'm looking for half the time and the staff are really helpful. I wish the check outs had more space since regardless of shopping time 2 spots always fill up.
