The best service I got in terms of key cutting. I tried many placed by I was not literally satisfied with any of them, but these guys did magic. I would love to share my experience.

Zero customer service. Very rude, unresponsive guys working there, who don't seem to have any knowledge about what they're selling. Just rented a hammer drill for 24 hours, which looked to be a hundred years old. When I used it for what it is meant for, the bit came loose as soon as it hit concrete (even though I was barely applying any pressure), making it very dangerous as the tool shifted and started going all over the place resulting in a lot of destroyed drywall. When we went to return the drill, we didn't even ask for a refund, we just wanted to let them know that the drill seemed defective because the bit shouldn't come loose that easily especially when I'm positive I had it tightened in properly. The guy didn't believe us and insisted that we were trying to rip him off, because he had rented it many times with no problem. I told him I understood that maybe in the past there were no issues, but I just wanted to let him know FOR HIS OWN BUSINESS'S SAKE that he probably shouldn't rent it out anymore, because in the future the customer might not be so friendly and sue them for renting a dangerous/defective piece of equipment. He was hostile and refused to believe what I was trying to tell him. I've been to this store many times before just to buy small things such as replacement lightbulbs, etc, and have always found them rude and inattentive to customers, but it didn't really matter before since I was just grabbing simple things and not needing any advice, etc. But this last experience has convinced me never to go there again... they actually seem fine with putting customer's safety and their own business as legal risk, just because they're too proud/arrogant to admit their fault. STAY AWAY!
