This is one of the most consistently excellent retail shops I've been frequenting on and off for almost 20 years. The customer service is exceptional!

Located in the heart of Toronto's Cabbagetown neighbourhood, this hardware store is a local landmark. The staff are helpful and LGBT friendly. The store provides a good selection of staples and supplies that are very affordable with its low prices. For apartment and condo dwellers, this store also provides a selection of patio and balcony furniture that is sturdy and well made. It is a bit disorganized so don't be afraid to ask for help if needed. A good place to find supplies for your home.

The staff were really attentive, even though I just needed a couple of nuts and bolts for my bike. Andy was very friendly and helpful - thank you!!

Helpful, friendly staff. I bought boards for shelves and they will cut them to size for you for very small fee while you wait. Left happy and ready to put shelves up at home.
