This location has rarely failed to provide great service. They have staff there who's knowledge and experience have been helpful to me on many occasions. They answer their phone and do their best to answer questions then, which has saved me a trip and the time when they haven't quite had what I'm looking for. It would be great if the store wasn't so cramped but it's a small store and in my opinion serving its community well.

I love my neighbourhood HH! The staff are knowledgeable and ready to help. I desperately needed a new portable A/C unit. I don't have a car, so they lent me a hand cart to bring it home. I went back later for some advice about window installation, and got that as well as friendly encouragement. Amazon can't compete with that!

They charge per dollar to slice the plywood board and it's not even cut properly..

I have had nothing but good experiences in this store. With that having been said, I am rarely able to actually go into the store due to its inconvenient hours of operation. This has been very frustrating.

Good small store with knowledgeable staff. If you don't see it, you can order it.
