Huge space, great selection of goods. Aisles need better labelling. Quick checkout and easy order pickup process. Obliging staff.

Not a bad home depot. As a lot of them suck. Had a helpful paint associate. Trying not to sound like an Asshole but most home depots suck. So I was happy to find a good one

My experience TRYING to buy a BBQ: TLDR: 'go to Canadian Tire' - actual advice from Home Depot employee. 1st attempt - walk up to customer service, tell them which barbeque I'd like to buy, was told to walk around until I find a closed box unit. 2nd attempt - ask one of the employees to help, as I can't find boxed unit. Was super helpful, but needed to get a seasonal employee to help. I was told it would take 5 minutes, ended up waiting 20, no one brings us the barberque 3rd attempt - go to another employee, tell him I want to buy a barberque and he says 'so what do you want me to do?'. Then tells me to go to Canadian Tire instead because he doesn't have time. 4th attempt - going to cash register, tell them about the experience, manager tells me to wait five minutes. Twenty more minutes pass and I leave.

Came into the store today on limited time to purchase an ice scraper for my car and was given the run around by some store staff who were uncertain as to where this product would be, one associate told me isle such and such, another said down by the customer service doors which none of these we're correct, I was frustrated so I decided to ask at customer service and was assisted by Benny who was very helpful and actually took time to solve the problem, instead of assuming whereabouts this product would be located, he took me to where it was exactly than told me he could process the sale. Benny was super quick, I got out of there and on with my day, thank you Benny! I'm giving one star for those who didn't take enough time to solve my dilemma as to where this product was located in the store, and 5 stars for Benny who recognized something minor is equally important. I recommend others dealing with Benny. Thanks Benny, great job!!!
