The customer service in this place is absolutely awesome. I live nearby and I use this store for my projects. The stuff helped me to get put-in slats of non-standard length, to figure out a creative solution for my garden gate, to order the gate itself and the bamboo fence. Karyn and Ruth-Ann are always ready go an extra mile to find the best product for the customer. Attached are the photos of what they helped me accomplish. Thank you!

Even though the store size is much smaller than Home Depot or Canadian Tire, their product selection is really good and their customer service is the absolute best. The entire staff is so friendly, patient, honest and helpful. It really feels like the old world of customer service when a local merchant really understood their neighbourhood and neighbours, and genuinely cared about them. That's this place.

Very poor customer service experience yesterday by heavysetheav with glasses and beard/goatee. I tried asking where a product was while he was looking for something in the FedEx cabinet and he acted like I was committing a crime. All I wanted was the aisle number. Never again. You need to have people who can walk and chew gum at tet same time and who recognize that minorities deserve good customer service too.

Really amazing staff and customer service!!! My friend from out of town was blown away by the friendliness and competence of the entire staff. A special thanks and shout out to Justin and Tabitha. Thanks sooooo much. And...not to leave out the manager Karyn Climans who cut my keys. Thanks again...will be back
