This is a good spot in the neighborhood to pop in for any home supply needs. Every time I've gone in there's been someone right up front to take me to what I'm looking for. It's likely a bit pricier than your bigger hardware stores. Though many more rural home hardwares seem like the cheapest bet, it seems those in the city know they're the closest choice and monopolize on it. The service is typically very helpful, though at times a little standoffish. There's been a few times I've felt like my knowledge gap in understanding what I'd need for a project was met with a bit of condescension rather than helpful knowledge, but that's pretty typical for hardware stores. All in all, a good place to pop in for supplies. They've got a surprisingly large selection for the small location.

Always helpful and friendly. Well established, stocked and staff are very familiar with old house issues.

This is as good as it gets for Customer Service. Neil and the rest of the staff super helpful. The Go To Place! For all your Home Hardware needs.

Helpful staff. They still cut glass and repair screens.

I have lived in this area for years. This is the worst store. Everyone in the store looks and acts like they hate their job. Any question is meet with rolled eyes. I went into an empty store to ask for a product that wasn't available at Home Depot (as I hate to shop at this Home Hardware for anything) but said it was available at this store. The man was rude and confrontational. I left and will buy what I need at another Home Hardware.
