Bad customer service overall. You will not feel good to shop here. I shopped here on multiple occasions. This young woman and one of the young male associates are so condescending and so full of themselves. Sometime instead of answering your questions, they will mock you. Well, why buy if they care more to mock you than to assist or satisfy you as a customer? For instance, I was looking for the right wood crew length. Upon explaining I need the screws to go through the wood frames (in front) and the door (at the back), the young woman said “that’s called “trim” ”. When I explained with gesture the wood frame (a small rectangle thing) need to be screwed in front of the sliding door; the wood screw I had with me was too short. She said again “it’s called “trim” ”. (Urrrhh….trim does not go in front of a door!!! ) When I told her “I am talking about ’wood frame of a mirror’ “, she shrugged her shoulder, saying "whatever”. Because of on one occasion that I shopped here that has a positive experience, an older woman and one of the young male associate explain my concerns well and help me find what I need. That's why I added one star.

I frequent this place so much it's not funny. From cutting keys to buying paint to household items and small things for repairs around the home, they always have what I'm looking for and the staff knows where it is. Deducting one star as I impulse bought a $5 umbrella at the cash and it ripped apart the first time I opened it! Get what you pay for I guess.

They had great service, knew exactly what I was talking about and looking for. It's nice going to a hardware store and having an owner that serves customers and actually knows what they're talking about when talking to trades people. He even has a friendly little bulldog that hangs out by the front desk and follows him around it created a nice relaxed environment and made the place feel more chilled out and was a nice little segue to my day. The employees were very polite and quick to help even with the massive flow of customers. If by chance you are the owner reading this you helped me find the concrete but I was looking for and I picked up some wood chisels for a really good price yesterday.

Super friendly and helpful staff! Store is small, but packed with everything you need. Staff are eager to find what you need and suggest great alternatives if they don't have it.
