Bought the correct size fuse replacements which wouldn't fit in my sockets. I returned within the hour and they very kindly allowed me to exchange for another and to try a different kind in case. It was better customer service than I could've asked for with today's typical return policies. Thank you so much. Above and beyond.

Have not been overly impressed with this store over the years. Location is convenient and there is a parking lot attached (usually stores only have street parking available in this area), however, (more times than not) staff have been unfriendly and unhelpful. If I’m in a pinch and need something, I might go here but otherwise I spend the extra 15-20 minutes it takes to drive to Lowe’s or Home Depot. The prices here aren’t better than and, in some cases, have seemed overinflated. The store is overcrowded and difficult to manoeuvre through if you have any sort of device eg wheelchair, stroller, etc. There are two levels but the basement can only be accessed via stairs (no elevator or escalator available to customers). I am betting you could find a more convenient place to get what need.

Knowledgeable and helpful staff, good selection. Great advice about maintenance on an old house, they really know what they are doing. Also know where to get esoteric stuff that they do not stock. Wider range and selection than Home Depot. My first (and usually only) stop for hardware.

I recently purchased a barbecue from this location and it was a great experience! Brian and Phil were amazing to deal with they made the purchase, set-up & delivery so easy!! I would highly recommend Dickson Home Hardware to anyone!
