The few times I've been there were a mixed bag of great and iffy. The stock items are usually accurate if there is a location listed as well. I tried looking for one item that had quantities, but didn't have a location number, but was told they didn't have it. ??? Most of their staff is helpful. When I was looking for a special nut for a bolt, the person who helped me looked through every possibility. Unfortunately, they didn't have that special nut. I'm grateful the person who helped me looked so thoroughly and didn't just give up after one or two tries. You can cut keys here as well. However, you might need to wait a while before someone who can do it shows up. When you order online, you can pick up here. Pick up is at customer service and is quite straightforward and fast.

Dave who works in lumber is an absolute GEM . He's extemely helpful, kind, and courteous. #Employeeoftheyear This is the type of person i would like to see as regional manager of such a well known store as home depot. everyone here is super nice and super helpful, although i wish they also had some more classes with hands on training

I was so happy visiting this location. They gave me a credit for an item i bought the week before that was currently on sale. Employees knew exactly where everything was....no time wasted and great in and out shopping!

The store and staff are great but I would recommend special orders from their external vendors be done elsewhere. Their system seems to be, submit an order and sit back and let the vendor do as they wish. I ordered a window that took 2 months to arrive. In the meantime the ETA was changed 7 times. I was told because of GreenON being cancelled the vendor (Farley Windows) received a large amount of orders after I placed mine. That essentially means new orders are being fulfilled before mine and they are not following the order of arrival. I had to call back multiple times after ETAs had passed to find no updates were made in the system. Home Depot needs a direct system to keep up to date with order status. Status updates are given over the phone only after you call Home Depot to ask what the delay is as your ETA has passed, they then call the vendor to get a status update, then (sometimes) call you back to inform you of the status. I will continue to shop here for on the shelf items only going forward.
