Ordered a few items from Vuugo and only half arrived. Turns out the third party delivery driver forgot to deliver half the packages and didn't leave a slip for pick-up and it was returned to the warehouse. I called and the sales rep was extremely rude, somehow blaming me for "not knowing the size of the boxes" as if that's somehow relevant to me missing an entire package. They admitted it was the driver's fault and I tried to be flexible and have them re-ship the item (and would re-pay the delivery fee) but now they're out of stock and "won't know when the next shipment is". Even though they admitted that this wasn't my fault, they refused to refund the shipping costs. That's pretty awful customer service. I didn't give 1* because the packages that did arrive were quick and a decent price. But I will never order with Vuugo again.

Bought some ram on what I thought was a good price. Paid the price and get told my order was cancelled as it was a pricing error. Now seeing their other reviews on here Im glad they cancelled my order as this looks like a terrible business.

Good, cheap products as they price match to any other cheaper Canadian retailer except when it's below their cut (which is a bummer). I like how it's based in Markham, so I can choose to pick it up instead of having to pay for shipping. Usually it's ready to be picked up within 24h on a business day. Their customer service agent could be a little more happy and nicer though. No problems overall.

Dec 13 : Order placed. Dec 14 : I called to make sure it will be shipped today. Dec 15 : Order status still pending, I called. Item is out of stock, all they can do is refund me. It will take about a week to be back on my credit card. It was a huge order and my credit card is stuck for a week and there is nothing they can do. Very bad customer service, I won't have everything I wanted to order for another month and they won't do anything to compensate for the time I lost by trusting them. I strongly recommend NOT to order with them. They are incompetent and do not provide good customer service at all.
