My favorite Canadian Tire around, just wish I lived closer. Staff is helpful and friendly. I love that they have separated online order pickup from customer service make for a far superior experience.

Took car in for free emissions test. Told their computer read as no power. Told me i needed to reschedule for diagnostics. Took to another place .. no issues. Hmmm sounds like they wanted money for something that was working. Luckily i chose not to go with a diagnostics...

I go there to re up on my tools. I know just about every parts employee by first and last name. Very helpful always willing to go the extra mile to make sure they get it right the first time. Very good with tool warrenties. Never complained or had a fit when i forgot my receipt. Super knowledgeable.

Good store, clean, well laid out. Staff is usually helpful, sometimes difficult to locate. Lost a star because I hate the new layout of the checkouts. It's one line for all the checkouts, this method always seems less efficient to me. At least there's no self checkouts though!! :)

The new look of the local store is nice and appears a bit better organized. Sad to see the hunting section taking such a prodominant section right next to an extended toy department though. Home appliances starting to show up too. Seems that Canadian Tire is starting to go the way of the bigger Home hardware stores, loosing sight of their main purpose and trying to get a piece of the gift/toy/home decor market.
