Wonderful experience shopping at this location as I come here quite frequently due to the close proximity to my shop. Employees know every aisle and can generally help you when you are looking for particular items and you are lost. A side note I recently rented a 24" latter to do a project and it was great and very useful that they offer this service.

I walked in to home depot thinking that I am going to look at a microwave and then start shopping around. I walked out with buying a new microwave, fridge and a stove. Anthony Hui was the person who helped by giving me information about different microwaves. Although I started by telling him I am only looking and not buying today. His professionalism and knowledge made my decision to go from a $500 purchase to a $5000 purchase. I am in sales and know how everything works. From the moment you talk to a client all the way to closing the deal. He took the time to go through all different websites to find the cheapest deal and let me know about the home depot policy by meet and beat the price by 10%. Although the savings were great, he was the reason I bought the whole package. You won't go wrong dealing with Anthony Hui.

Terrible. I pre-ordered and paid for two space heaters to be picked up at the store. When I arrived, staff ignored me for 15 minutes although there was no one else in line at order pick up at the time. I canceled the order and went to Canadian Tire instead. It’s now one week later and my refund still hasn’t been sent to PayPal. This whole experience has been such a hassle I’ll never shop at Home Depot in general again. They need to improve their attitude and service. It’s not the first time I had a problem at this branch, I gave them a second chance but the staff there wasted my time...again. What’s the point of ordering online for store pick up if you’re kept waiting around for no reason? I have two terminally ill family members one of whom is in the hospital, I have no time for this stupidity.

Was planning to make an appliance purchase however, the Asian sales associate (Antony) had a severe attitude problem. Poor customer service from the associates who work here. I’m sticking to the Yorkdale location.

Staff didn't help me, the person that came to assist me might as well have just said I don't wanna do any work cause that's pretty much all he did and no one else was around besides him.
