Having had difficulty/a website error with ordering a specific type of air conditioner online and after having rather mediocre service several times at a location literally one block from my home, I decided to visit this location to have them order the product in for me (first calling to ensure it would not be an issue and spoke with a very helpful woman). I initially was impressed with the cleanliness, order as well as size and layout of this location. I was greeted within seconds of entering and asked if I needed assistance. I was helped with ordering in the item needed without any issues and was assured it would arrive four to five days later. (They have already called for me to pick it up, only two days later.) While there I decided to browse for an upcoming project, not having been here prior. The selection and stock is really great! I did eventually go to the Customer Service desk and believe I was helped by the owner himself, a very friendly gentleman. I showed him a photograph of one rare product I have not been able to find locally. He was quite certain he had neither seen it before nor would have it in stock but we looked together just in case. While looking, he answered a number of questions for me and was more than helpful. He seemed so genuinely apologetic that he did not have the item, which he did not need to be at all, again rare and I have only seen it on Amazon online. I purchased a few small things which I found to be even cheaper than Walmart which surprised me. Again, a different woman at the register who was extremely friendly and asked if I found everything I was looking for. I am really quite impressed and happy with this location, the service, products and stock offered well surpassed my expectations; I will gladly drive a bit further to make this my main and only location who I want to give my business to on a regular basis...a great store all around. Edit: Upon picking up a rather large and heavy a/c, the loading dock staff were also great, so friendly, chatty and helpful. They loaded and even moved things in the back of my vehicle (I miscalculated the boxes size) even though I was attempting to move something out of the way myself, they insisted on handling everything for me which was just very kind. I received some completely off topic advice from one gentleman who gave me some great tips and recommendations which was very appreciated as well. This only solidified my initial impression of this location. Truly great all around!

That's when we were shopping for a new BBQ, but Canadian Tire won out. Lady who helped was very good, but their displays were so close together, it was a bit of a pain to look them over.

I can always find what I want here. Good staff. Busy @ times.

Good experience. Alot better than my last visit a few years ago. Long term staff seems to be gone. Which is why I vowed to never go back
