If you need a tool you can definitely find it here for a cheap price. The quality of some of them aren't the best but then again you also get what you pay for they do offer warranty's you can purchase though. They have very wide selections from hand tools to power tools, Motors for your lawn mower, welders and welding gear, automotive tools, generators, and all the way to everyday tools you would use around the house and they're a very good price specially if you're going to use it everyday and some work well for everyday use as well. The staff is very helpful

Their store brands of electric tools are great for the weekend warrior or handyman. I've been using the 10 inch compound sliding miter saw almost every weekend for the last 15 years and have never had a problem. I have many others as well and they have all held up just as well. Their prices on air compressor tools and accessories are unbeatable as well.

Great products, selections, went there to buy a hammer which was fine but when it came to check out the cashier asked me if I had any coupons? I stated "NO" she failed to tell me that they were offering coupons off their website for 25% off one thing. It's small potatoes as far as money goes but it's the principle of the matter

A lot of their China stuff is pure junk. Some is a great buy. Got to know tools. Don't set your expectations to high. Hard to get in store help. Employees are NOT customers friendly.

They sell what most would consider knock-off tools, that is, items that are made to resemble other, name brand tools, but are notably cheaper. They're generally understaffed, so expect to find what you need on your own and a long line to check out (well, several, actually): They can't seem to figure out that there isn't enough space for more than one checkout line (which naturally forms), and expect you to cram in their already narrow aisles to wait in an individual register line. The cashiers are always very polite and pleasant, though! The management is highly unprofessional: in the years I shopped at this store, I was treated rudely, insulted, and touched by staff without my consent or invitation. More than once I have left the store in frustration, sometimes even after finding the item I was looking for. After the last time, I just won't go back. Two stars instead of one because the prices are so low.
