I paid to have my oil changed and fluids checked 2weejs ago. Was I disappointed. They had no problem telling me I needed new brakes that would cost $450.00. The following week I discovered non of my fluids were checked and they were too lazy to look at my filters after I asked them too... Total disappointment. My brakes are not "metal on metal". Taking advantage of women.... And the mechanic is a woman... Terrible!

They need to get better customer service. The price guarantee is terrible. 2 weeks guarantee but I can return longer. I don't know how many times I had to return something to get the better price. Then I have to deal with customer service. I do think it's the owners rules that keep me from shopping there, it's only when I have to. I tried to exchange a lamp that was missing parts and was given a hard time. I had to leave the store go back in and say I was returning it then went and bought the same lamp.

CTC is great. Can't find what your looking for staff will help. Returns are a little grouchcy. Could have improvement there. One lady is nice the heavy set one has an attitude problem. Just saying the way I see. Get rid of the heavy set lady. Oh yeh.

good store but they seem to not have things in stock when on sale or I would give 5 stars employees friendly and helpful

This store is NOT CHILD FRIENDLY. Don't shop here with children. Poor service, NO service Not child friendly staff. I put my 2 kids in the kids cart and upon paying at the checkout was told the cart can't leave the store. So you can pack up your two kids and your purchase and walk to your vehicle instead of having the cart to help. Staff is useless, 6 people standing there and I asked them what they want me to do with the cart? take it back to entrance ? then walk your kids through the store again with your purchase just to get out? No help. If they were that worried about the special carts being left outside simply send an associate with me and ACTUALLY help me unload the cart with my kids and return it for me! NOW that would be service. I straight up laughed at them and told them they are NOT kid friendly and they are making shopping hard on parents. I WON'T RETURN. And I am sure this is not a Canadian tire rule, but the managers stupid rule. Go to Home Depot or Lowes, Walmart and you can take the shopping cart to your car. What a joke.
