This store was able to provide a replacement charger for my favourite edge trimmer which is no longer on the market. Luc was extremely helpful and I am happy that my trimmer does not end up in a landfill. Well done!

Bad bad bad....don't try to call them for a repair status you will never get someone to answer....it's like they were all amputated.

Wow beautiful, impressive Dewalt factory store. As for B&D extremely poor selection of all products. No accessories for their new line of 20 volt max system. I feel that B&D has reduced itself to a Mickey Mouse type company and is no longer able to keep up with the home handyman and handyman market. I have been purchasing B&D products for over 30 years now and feel like I may have to change my alliances to a more available product line.

Just called them and a lady answered the phone on the 2nd ring. BTW, they're only open M-F 7:30 - 4, so the hours are somewhat limited. Called back and someone answered on the 3rd ring, so it may be the time you're calling. Estimate over the phone was reasonable v. buying a new one.

I have tried to phone this store many times to get parts for B & D equipment. They never answer their phone and do not have a message system.
