Great selection and competitive prices for the quality. Be careful who you work with. Some sales reps are very pushy while others will really help you with your home renovation designs.

Bad place. Wouldn't recommend anyone to go there. Worked there as a sales rep, hence I know. The products are over priced and you may get it cheaper anywhere else. They have no respect for customers. The place in Brampton is a warehouse but the sales staff there are better. But the products are the same, over-priced.

Only has modern designs with no access to traditional designs. Poorly maintained store and an overall bad experience. Taps or Roman is better.

Shop around, they claim that they're giving you the contractor price but it's still $400 more than other places. Almost seems like a used car parking lot. No one comes to help you and when you finally get someone they're trying to give you the fast talking salesman tactics. Maybe it's a tough business and customer service and looking for return business is a thing of the past but just be aware that there are other stores out there that care about the customer a little more. I ended up going to a store at Markham and Kingston road and spent about $3k there.

The products you order never arrive on time, be prepared to wait and service is not great, staff is rude. We were given a timeline that are products would arrive end of October and we had to wait 5 weeks more and had to delay our construction project, which cost us more money in long run.
