Everyone in all departments were so friendly and helpful at this location!! I went to pick up an online order but needed various items around the store as I waited for them to find my order. The girl in hardware gave me a tip that saved me $25. The guy in appliances educated me on water filters. And check out was a breeze! Best place to shop when it comes to big box diy stores.

The little girl named Kim (a newbie to the North Queen store in Toronto west end) working at the customer service desk somewhere around 1:30 on September 18, 2018 was THE MOST HELPFUL little girl EVER! Thank you Kim for all that you did for me in regard to that defective drape. You went above and beyond. Take care of your Shepherd doggy!

I have dealt with many hardware stores through the years including Home Depot, Rona, Lowe’s and many more and never have I experienced so poor service than at this Home Depot. There are a lot of staff available but nobody seems to be able to help you with anything!! Today at the pro desk we were “brushed” off making us feel not important!! What kind of customer service is that!!! Never again will I purchase any big orders from this store. I really prefer Rona or Lowe’s so much better customer service. I hope the manager of this store reads the reviews . He/she will have to improve customer service.

Went from 3 days just 15 minutes before they close. I went to buy something for a bathtub that's clogged. I met Bill. First I was embarrassed that I went right before they close and usually the associates are tired anywhere and they might give you an attitude which was the opposite to what happened. Bill made me feel as if I was the first customer to meet that day. He asked me a lot of questions to diagnose the problem as if I was dealing with a doctor. Started to suggest solutions. He was really cooperative and helpful. My experience was really pleasant. These type of people are rare. He's an asset to Home Depot. Thanks a lot Bill.

Good location, well stocked, friendly, knowledgeable and engaged staff. The help is always on point with extra information that comes with experience that is SO VERY USEFUL for a learning DIY-er like myself. CON: I wish they would have more sales so I can spend more of my money here but I get it, with the business model they have build they don't need to offer discounts to drive their sales and store traffic. So good job!
