Made the wrong doubles of my keys twice. I first went in there had a pair of keys made. I gave them to my girlfriend and she goes there when I'm not home and can't get in. So I take them back and I tell him I want a refund. They refused to give me a refund even with my receipt. However they offered to make me another copy so I had them do it. I just wanted a second set of keys! They did it wrong again to where neither of the two keys worked. I ended up taking my keys to Home Depot and having them made they are not any type of special keys are your everyday deadbolt keys. Home Depot is able to make them now me and my girlfriend have no problem getting in and out of our own house. If this place can't even make a set of keys then I don't trust them on anything else and if I can't make a return with the receipt that I don't want to buy anything from their establishment so I do not recommend patronizing this store for anything at all. Stick with the places that you can trust I know we all want to save money and not have to go to the big stores like Home Depot and Lowe's but this is not the store to go to.

It doesn't get any better than this place! It's a good ol' fashioned hardware store. And they could do anything that these box box stores could do!

I've been here several times, especially for window repair and duplication. They do very good work and have exceptional prices along with small engine repair. I've never needed to ask questions as I pretty much know where everything is and how to but the guys there aren't afraid to chat for a while. They have very good hours and they do have a decent selection of inventory to help fix just about anything. Overall, if you need a neighborhood hardware store, check them out as I've been pleased with them.
