I"ve rented a leaf blower from this location a few times now. First year was awesome.. they showed me how it worked, helped load it into my van.. couldn't be happier! Following year they rented me one that was underpowered (same price too I think?!) -- after I realized it just wouldn't do anything for me I brought it back -- and they gave a 100% refund to me. The following year they got the big ones in again and my rental was flawless. And last night a popcorn machine which was a TOTAL HIT at our party. The store has recently been completely reorganized .. new shelves, more inventory, feels very clean -- and always polite and helpful. Very flexible, friendly, down to earth... great experience once again!

ABC is conveniently located on Niagara Falls Blvd. There was lots of parking for easy access. The store is easy to navigate and the staff are ready and willing to help. Rentals are a snap with ABC. Love it!

Renter beware! I paid upfront through their web page to rent a large rear tine tiller for the whole day over 2 weeks in advance. Come the day of pick up was told that they recently (unsure time frame) sold it and they no longer had the item but that they had the a large mid tine tiller available instead. While the mid tine did do the job it took longer and worked harder than the one I originally wanted to rent. What irks me most is there was a 2 week period that they could have called to let me know they no longer had the item which would have given me other options. Whether that was to accept the mid tine and plan my plot accordingly OR go somewhere else, they ended up leaving me with no other option but to accept the mid tine or else wait another week or two to rent from somewhere else which wasnt an option for me. While the mid tine was cheaper something happened when processing the order where it showed up as a gift cert payment and not my CC. Due to such they werent able to assist in the refund/ adjustment in store and will need to send it to their accounting dept. I am waiting for the refund to show up and if no word is had within a week I will do a charge back. Renting left a very sour taste in my mouth.

I rented a chipper and had a few problems the machine and when I called the store to tell them the manager came to my job site and corrected the problems which were caused by not knowing how to use the machine
