Really bad customer service. I bought a door mat and the price was $9.98. The superior on the floor concur the price as well. The cashier thou she insisted on charging higher. The manager even told her repeatedly $9.98. She disregard her superior and charged whatever she wanted. I later saw on the bill but didn't have time to argue. I bet she changed the receipt after and kept the difference. Really unsatisfied. Not planing on going in that location again and telling all my friends and family.

Good selection. They have quite a few modern as well as rustic home decor options. The service was absolutely fantastic. Not pushy but super helpful. Non judgemental. I had help from someone in appliances, Jack was super helpful. The other lady at doors was also super sweet and helpful. Would definitely go back!

Clean and well let. Friendly, professional, and available team members throughout the store. Prices are higher than this American visitor expected, but I suppose that's how it goes here. Limited selection of brands and certain manufactures, especially when compared to Amazon. Multiple check out lanes open and the courteous staff didn't bug us to fill out a survey or some for a HD credit card. Found what we needed fairly quickly, but could be better store layout.

Frankly, you really need to know what you want. It's very hard when one expects to get ideas. You only want to be directed to what you are looking for. You will be lucky to get a perfect direction. Not everyone is perfect. Within those limits, it is a good place for most of your home improvements needs.

One of Home Depot's first locations in Canada, its been a staple at Warden and Ellesmere for as long as I can remember. In a word it's huge and epitomizes what big box is! Customer service and staff knowledge seemed to have improved over the years. Wide well-lit aisles. New innovative products are displayed at the end of the aisle. Ample parking although the laneways seem tight.
