I went there a week ago to buy a pole saw to prune a few branches in my backyard, and also to get replacement batteries for my 18 V Black&Decker pole saw. The sales associates quickly guided me to locate the products and showed me my choices. I took the products to the cashier and was out of the store in less than twenty minutes. Even the cashier was helpful with the credit card machine and pleasant by inquiring if I got everything I needed. I will shop here again.

I couldn't find what I was looking for, so, I asked an employee where I would find the tapes and glues. Well, she stopped what she was doing and brought me right there. She was pleasant and polite aa well. Retailers take note....THAT'S customer service!!

This is a large ctire that has great selection of goods. Ctire has been good at decent quality items at a low price. They always have sales so watch the items you want to go on sale and then snag it up. I like going here for kitchen stuff, outdoor (canvas is awesome), pet and other awesome items. Good place it get hand tools. I would go to other stores if you are looking for high quality tools, but if need to use sometimes a few times then get the mastercraft or brands like that and will work fine and dandy.

Came here out of desperation as it was a Sunday and nothing was open and my power steering was weird. I got this mechanic who ignored the fact I noted the issue was when idle and he instead drove around the parking lot and told me there was nothing with a smirk on his face (since he did no work and earned money). He also told me I had a leak in a caliper. Needless to say, two days later I took my car back to my mechanic who actually found the issue with power steering and was able to fix it. On top of that, they told me there was no leak at all! Do not take your car here. They do not know anything and basically just take your money.
